Tony Linka - Technical Illustrator

In the July/August issue of Homes magazine, I created a variety of illustrations for the articles "Beat the Heat"

and "Let the Sun Shine In". My favourite style of illustrations to create are cutaways and phantom drawings,

so given the chance to do a full-page illustration that incorporates both was very exciting.

For my lip sync assignment, I used Dave (character provided by Sheridan College) to deliver the "you want

answers?" dialogue from "A Few Good Men". Click the image above to watch it.

Van Orthos

This set of orthographic drawings were for a side-entry model. I used a light grey fill to highlight the ramp

and floor space inside the van.

Water Wasters

I recently created a number of spot illustrations for the "Water Wise" article in the May/June Issue of Holmes

Magazine. The article brings to our attention Canada's depleting water supply and how outdoor water

consumption can help conserve our reserves.
